At Freud, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all hardware or manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
